Cenbank sees accumulated economic restructuring problems in 2023
MOSCOW, Nov 8 (PRIME) -- The accumulated effect of minor current problems may appear in 2023, as the Russian economy restructures, the central bank said in a report on Tuesday.
"In 2023, in the process of economic restructuring, an accumulated effect of the problems that had secondary importance during the initial adaptation in 2022 may materialize," the statement read.
According to the bank, the need to repair foreign equipment amid limited access to components may arise. The effect of sanctions introduced in June–July 2022 but with a postponed implementation until early 2023 may add to the existing negative factors.
